This policy describes how Overmatch Digital Services, LLC handles information collected through overmatchdigital.com. It does not cover information handled under a signed client services agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.
Overmatch Digital Services, LLC is based in San Antonio, Texas.
The site has no account system and no login. The only information collected is what a visitor chooses to submit through one of its forms.
Each form also records that you agreed to be contacted about your request. Submitting a form is the only way information reaches us. Nothing is collected in the background.
The readiness assessment and the online checklists are designed so your answers never leave the browser you are using.
Clearing your browser data removes anything stored this way. The assessment also has a "Start over" control that clears your answers immediately.
Information submitted through this site is used to respond to your message, send the resource you requested, and follow up about the work you described. We may also use it to understand which topics and resources are useful, so we can improve them.
This site runs without analytics, advertising tags, social media pixels, session recording, or cookies of any kind. Two external services are involved in operating it.
Each of these providers handles that information under its own privacy terms.
Form submissions and the correspondence that follows are retained while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Submissions that do not lead to contact are removed once they are no longer useful.
Information held under a signed client agreement is retained according to that agreement.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@overmatchdigital.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation. We honor those requests regardless of whether a particular law applies to you.
You can stop hearing from us at any time by replying to any message and saying so.
Access to form submissions is limited to people who need it to respond. Accounts used to operate the site are protected with multifactor authentication. The site is served over an encrypted connection.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential client information, privileged material, financial account details, or other sensitive records through this website. If you need to share something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate method.
Overmatch Digital provides services to organizations. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how we handle information already collected will be communicated directly where we have a way to reach you.
